Baffle box construction is a method where the fabric is sewn between the top and bottom of the comforter in order to maintain even fill distribution, fluffiness, and warmth. The baffle box sewing also keeps the inner fill material from shifting.

I run hot. My spouse runs cold. Absolutely love the removable extra layers. I stay cooler while he layers up for warmth. Curious to see how well the comforter does in summer (no AC in the house). I hope Coop comes up with an even thinner comforter for hot weather.

This comforter has been great so far. we don't have a duvet cover for it yet so it can get a bit bunched with the buttons however that is the only issue we've had and it's certainly minor. Otherwise, it's very cozy. We removed one of the panels and it's actually now doubling as a comforter for my daughters twin bed and could easily be a throw blanket so I feel like it's three blankets in one!
