    Best for back sleeping

    This pillow is perfect for back sleepers. I switch between this and the side sleeper knee pillow as I’m a combo sleeper and still trying to find my preferred position to relieve that lower back ache that creeps up in the morning. The density of this pillow is great. Not too hard. It’s really nice if sitting up and reading in bed but I wish it was a tad bit taller for added support on the lower back when sleeping. Overall nicest under knee pillow I have found.

    Very Helpful

    Like to use it between my legs (side sleeper) to keep back in better alignment. Also when bed is in a reading position it serves as an extra support for my head & shoulders.

    huge difference for my back

    for me its the perfect height but its great that i can remove an inch if necessary. this pillow has changed my back situation. i love it . i combine it with another pillow between my knees for when i sleep on my side and my back has been saved. amazing

    Perfect for my issues

    Having had 2 back surgeries this little guy fits perfectly behind my knees in bed. Keeps my lower back in a less stressed position as I sleep so when I wake up I’m not stiff anymore. Of course this pretty much only works if your mostly a back sleeper. Does work ok for a side sleeper with your leg at the correct angle.
