Outer Cover:

  • Machine wash separately in cold gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low

  • If the foam pillow becomes soiled, spot clean with a sponge and mild detergent
  • Wipe the pillow with a clean damp sponge, gently wring out any remaining water, and air dry

No neck pain

I am very happy with this pillow. I have tried many because of neck issues. I would wake up multiple times a night. I now sleep through the night and no neck pain in the morning.

Exceptional Customer Service

I ordered the Eden Cool+ Crescent Shape Adjustable Pillow as a gift for my husband. It arrived quickly, the quality of materials was great, the instructions were easy to follow, and the pillow is indeed cooling. Although this pillow ultimately didn't work out for him, the return process was incredibly quick and simple. On the basis of great customer service, which is hard to find these days, I will give Coop 5 stars.
