My experience has been very positive. I sleep better now!

I had hoped to receive the exact same filling as when I purchased the original pillow a few years ago. The past reviews have been true in that the filling certainly is much different. It's heavier, it's lighter in color, different shape, it has less cooling gel and most surprisingly the filling was stuffed in between what I can only describe as cotton balls. Once placed in the pillow, it certainly is feels more stiff. Unfortunately not happy with it. The first photo shows on the left the original filling and on the right the new filling. The subsequent photos are a close-up of the new filling. Lots of fluff, little substance.

Works Great

It scared me arriving folded up, but it's a normal size bag of stuffing and worked great for adding to my pillow.

Not the same as the original

When I first bought my coop pillow about 5 years ago it was the best pillow I’d ever owned. I wanted to replace the old memory foam filling, which I’ve done a few times in the past few years, but this time it looks and feels different. I’ve been using the new foam for about a week now and it just doesn’t feel the same…it’s not as supportive as the original filling. I have still been sleeping well, but I’m disappointed that they seem to have changed the filling.
