Before washing, remove your pillow’s outer cover. We recommend washing the inner pillow once a year to keep it clean while maintaining its level of support.

Outer Cover

To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.

Inner Pillow
To Wash: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open or spill fill during the wash. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

To Dry: Dry one pillow at a time. Tumble dry low until the inner pillow is completely dry before use. This may take several cycles and differs depending on your washer and dryer. Place your hand inside the pillow to make sure all the fill is completely dry.

Love this pillow!!

As a side-sleeper, I decided to try the cutout pillow, and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t need any adjustment after following the “fluffing” instructions. The pillow is so comfortable! I no longer have to scrunch up the middle to give my shoulder room. It is soft, but supportive, and the pillowcase is perfect.

Perfect Pillow

I have tried so many different pillows and simply could not find one that relieved my back pain, kept my spine in a neutral position, and wasn’t made of heavy memory foam. When I saw an ad for this pillow it was like finding something I didn’t even realize I needed. This pillow is so comfortable! I love the adjustable loft and don’t have to double up on pillows anymore. Highly recommend if you’re someone who is constantly shoving your shoulder into your pillows to help them wrap around your shoulder.

Finally don't wake up in pain!

I love this pillow! I have always been a down/feather pillow person but after so many mornings of a sore neck and back pain I decided I needed to try a new pillow. I found the reviews for this pillow along with the risk free trial and decided to give it a try. Wow the first morning after sleeping on this was amazing no neck or back pain! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. The only down fall of this pillow is the limited cover options, Coop please make covers for this pillow in the same fabric as your spa collection for those of us who would like some softer options.

I have an original and love it. I kind of thought the cutout was a gimmick but figured with the 100 day trial I had nothing to lose. I love this pillow! Best night’s sleep ever!
