Before washing, remove your pillow’s outer cover. We recommend washing the inner pillow once a year to keep it clean while maintaining its level of support.

Outer Cover

To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.

Inner Pillow
To Wash: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open or spill fill during the wash. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

To Dry: Dry one pillow at a time. Tumble dry low until the inner pillow is completely dry before use. This may take several cycles and differs depending on your washer and dryer. Place your hand inside the pillow to make sure all the fill is completely dry.

I have an original and love it. I kind of thought the cutout was a gimmick but figured with the 100 day trial I had nothing to lose. I love this pillow! Best night’s sleep ever!

Not impressed. No support, still always adjusting for the neck. The King size is the same. Very disappointed

This Pillow Changed My Life

I had a friend recommend this pillow to me about a month ago. I have chronic neck pain and I often wake up in the morning achy (and sometimes a full migraine). Since I have had this pillow, I’ve had no migraines and very little pain in my neck. I’ve tried EVERYTHING - physical therapy, accupuncture, other orthopedic pillows, and this is the only one I can confidently say has WORKED. Thank you, Coop - best money I’ve spent in a long time.
