SWEEPSTAKES RULES FOR COOP HOME GOODS LLC:

LIMIT OF [5] ENTRIES PER PERSON.

I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The COOP Giveaway with Helen Leland begins on [20, June], at [9 AM PST] and ends on [26, June] at [3 PM PST] (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

II. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (but not Puerto Rico), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or accompanied by a legal guardian upon receiving prize. Officers, directors and employees of Coop Home Goods LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates, and the employees and agents each of the foregoing, and any other entity or persons that develops, produces or distributes materials for or related to this Sweepstakes, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and each of their respective spouse) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local and international laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

During the Sweepstakes Period, an individual (“Participant” or “you”) may enter the Sweepstakes following the below requirements:

There is a maximum of [5] entries per Participant during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, email addresses, identities, registration and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from this and future sweepstakes.

By entering, you acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, as applicable.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated any provision of these Official Rules, as applicable, and Sponsor’s decisions in this regard are final.  Participants waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this Sweepstakes as a condition to receive any prize for which entrant may be eligible to win. Incomplete and/or illegible entries are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or any human or technical error which may occur in processing of entries.

IV. WINNERS DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS:

By [26, June], [Five] winners will be chosen by a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.  The random drawing will be administered by Sponsor, and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawing.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

The winners will be notifed by Sponsor on [26 June] via DM message. Sponsor’s ability to contact the winners will depend on the accuracy of the contact information provided by the winners and winners responsiveness to Sponsor’s attempts.  Sponsor shall have no liability arising from a failure to deliver any prize to any winner owing to that winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with accurate, legible, and usable contact information or that winner’s failure to respond to Sponsor within a reasonable time.

The winner/winners will be required to respond to Sponsor with all reasonable information requested by Sponsor to allow Sponsor to deliver the prize within fifteen (15) days of the Sponsor’s first attempted notification of the prize or that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected based on the criteria herein. Sponsor will also request age and place of residence to confirm eligibility from the winner/winners.

V. PRIZE:

The prize will be [One pillow from Coop and a personalized pillow consultation]. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $85.

No transfer or substitution of the Prize or its components is permitted, except as may be provided herein or in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

VI. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely the winner’s responsibility.

The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the prize winner with the Prize won, the Sponsor may elect (but not be obligated), at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, to provide winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. The stated ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time these Official Rules were drafted (and any difference in ARV at the time of awarding will not be reconciled) and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. All properly claimed Prizes will be awarded. The Sponsor and its agents are not in any way responsible or liable for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. All decisions by Sponsor as to Prize Winners and Prizes are final.

VII. GENERAL PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Prize Winner’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the Prize Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) for any and all public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), in perpetuity, without notice, consent, review or approval or further compensation.

VIII. OPT-IN: By participating, you consent for the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. You are authorizing the Sponsor to send you emails as entered on entry form, about its products and services. You may opt out of receiving future e-mails from Sponsor by clicking on the link contained in any e-mail. You will remain eligible for this Promotion whether or not you opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from Sponsor.

IX. ENTRY ERRORS/TAMPERING: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (ii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (iii) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; (iv) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, (v) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of Prize/Prize Winners; or (vi) malfunctions or interference resulting from illicit, malicious or injurious code (including but not limited to viruses, worms and denial of service attacks). If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and reserves the right, but shall not be obligated,  to randomly select the winners from among all non-suspect entries received as of the date/time of such termination/cancellation or modification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Any entrant determined to be involved in such prohibited activity will not be eligible to receive a prize in this Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR IN ANY EVENT RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE.

X. RELEASES: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s agreement to hold harmless Sponsor, and its parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (individually and collectively for the purposes of this paragraph (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, Sweepstakes Entities’ reliance upon winner’s compliance with these Official Rules, or winner’s participation in prize related activities, and further constitutes winner’s agreement that the Sweepstakes Entities may use winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.

XI. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in California for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The Sweepstakes is void for residents of Puerto Rico.

XII. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of the Prize Winners send a mailed request to Sponsor at the address of Sponsor listed below.

MISCELLANEOUS: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any listed prize suppliers.  Names of prize suppliers are used for purposes of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply the prize supplier’s sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Promotion.  The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners.  The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. For Participant, to the extent there is a conflict between Official Rules appearing any other location and any terms of use or other agreements posted on the Sponsor's Web Site, these are the Official Rules to be abided by.
