Only the outer cover is washable. To wash, first completely deflate the pillow. Release the cords from the clasp completely. The cap to the deflate / inflate switch should be removed. Unzip the cover and pull out the core, carefully guiding the cords through the holes. Hand wash if possible.

If washing by machine, please put the outer cover into a mesh bag and wash separately. Set water temperature at 30˚C or lower. Do not bleach. Line dry – Do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat.

The inner core is spot clean only.
