I was surprised that I really liked this pillow as I am very picky. The only thing I didn't like was the texture of the pillow case..It slides easily against the bed sheets. I ordered the original pillow case to solve that problem.

This pillow is awesome. I have a small frame and the crescent shape is much more comfortable then the standard shape. It is cool and comfortable to sleep on. Once I adjusted the fill to the right height I have never slept better. Most pillows at least for me take a few weeks to adjust and get them comfortable enough to use. Not this one from the first night it was perfect. I highly recommend for anyone that sleeps hot and needs an adjustable pillow.

Pros: - I bought this pillow after returning the original cut-out pillow. The crescent shape is much better for me, since I tend to flop around a lot, from side to stomach to back sleeping. It provides plenty of fitted comfort when I'm side sleeping, but it also shifts to accommodate other positions. - I love the ability to adjust the fill up or down depending on your needs. It just requires some trial and error to get it right. - Both the shape and adjustable fill has erased my neck pain. - The temperature is much better than the original pillow, which made me so hot, on top of already being a hot sleeper. Cons: - It's definitely cooler than some pillows but not the coolest I've ever had. I expected the pillow to feel actually cold, like the gel cooling pillow I used to have, but I guess it's more about wicking the heat away from you. If you're a really hot sleeper, you might need to consider adjusting your other bedding as well. - I wish there were fitted cases for these pillows. It was sort of annoying to sleep on this the first few nights in a standard-size queen pillowcase, which kept slipping around because it didn't cover the entire pillow. I went to a different company to buy a king-size silk pillowcase, which is basically fine, but it still has a slipping problem because it's too big and not designed for this specific pillow.

So I am a side sleeper and lay on my back while falling asleep and sometimes sleep on back a little . This pillows shape is amazing for accommodating both effortlessly. No more stacking 2 or 3 memory foam pillows trying to get my shoulders to not feel uncomfortable while laying on back and same with shoulder not allowing my face and neck to get far enough up on pillow, while I side sleep. THE ONLY reason I gave it 4⭐️in review and 5⭐️in title is because the pillow itself deserves 5� . With the ability to add or subtract foam bits makes this winner to me and I have tried soooooo many different ones . ( btw I had to adjust my filling by adding more to the center - which is also super easy to do - and without it spreading out to the sides! It stays put in the middle ��) So the 4⭐️ over all is because they do not offer any silk or other pillowcase options for these odd shaped pillows and using a regular king size silk pillow case still works but it definitely detracts a little from the entire sensation because it doesn't allow u access to the entire recessed area which is a bummer. Also it is aesthetically So just a little constructive critique there I guess . It would be nice to provide pillowcase options for these odd shaped pillows , since you are the ones making and selling them as well, but not a deal breaker for this amazing pillow. Not for me anyway I personally can't use the type it comes with because those are really meant for being under a pillowcase as an allergen protector for ppl like me with sensitive skin. Which honestly is probably most side or full face sleepers . Anything other than real % silk messes up the skin on face. Lol sorry for the ramble I don't usually do these and am too lazy to edit! Hope this helps! I would definitely recommend and I was not incentivized for this review in any way. �

One of the best that I’ve ever dealt with, and easy to deal with customer service wise. Sadly, the pillow was too hot for me.
