Original Maternity Adjustable Pillow

Awesome pillow!

I searched maternity pillows forever.. and this was an awesome choice!! Its so flexible and comfy to use. It takes about a day or two for it to puff up fully, and i will say the off gas smell of it is pretty bad. Let it sit out for probably 4 days before bringing it into the bed. I did read other comments of that so I was prepared and feel most things need to off gas anyway.. still very much worth it though! I do wish they made covers for it like others mentioned.. but not a huge deal.

Like sleeping on a cloud

I have the original Coop pillow and love it. When I saw they had a maternity pillow, it was a no brainer to get it! It shipped quickly and I immediately unboxed it. The pillow had a very strong smell. It had to be aired out- my husband didn’t feel comfortable with me (first trimester then) using it until the chemical smell went away. I think it took a few days for the smell to go away. I took one star off for the smell and for the fact that it doesn’t come with a pillowcase / there’s no pillowcase Coop sells that fits it. We just wash the outside case every week. I also wish there was more filling (the pillow doesn’t come with it), but thankfully I saved the filling from my original pillow. Otherwise, it’s a great pillow and has made sleeping on my side so much more comfy. I’m a back sleeper but as my bellow grows, sleeping on my back is not so ideal.

I’ve tried other maternity pillows in the past and this is the absolute perfect one! It’s so soft and comfortable. Because it’s so soft it’s easily malleable and bendable so I can still use it to keep my legs propped up while holding my toddler. I’m 8 months pregnant and just found out I have the flu and this pillow has been integral for my comfort. 100% get it. Also I am plus sized (250 lbs, size 2X) and 5’8” for measurement reference. This pillow is perfect, it also didn’t have any harsh smell when it arrived.

Amazing but

Actually bought this for my boyfriend because he has herniated discs.. it has been amazing for his back pain and sleeping positions, which is where a lot of damage can happen. Came back to look for a pillow case… the current washable liner is already pilling and the threads are ofc synthetic…. The pilling makes it look unkempt/ dirty even though it’s not. You can’t exactly hide this pillow either. It desperately needs an attractive cover. Also… IF you run your bare foot against it the synthetic threads feel like hair in between your toes… this daily experience is pretty haunting.
