What is Coop Rewards?

Coop Rewards is our loyalty program and it’s our way of giving back to Coop-lovers like you! Through this program, you can score points by shopping, referring friends, and other super simple steps and use them towards sleep supplies! If you’re new here, get started by creating a free account and we’ll treat you to 25 points just for signing up!


What if I already have a Coop account?

There are no extra steps to get started! Simply log in to your account to check out your status and learn all the ways to start earning points!


How do I earn points?

There are many ways to collect points, from writing reviews and referring friends to simply shopping on our website! Once you’re a part of the program, just log in before shopping and you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend! 

I’m an international customer. Can I still join?

At the moment, this program is only open to US residents. But stay tuned — as we expand into new countries, so will Coop Rewards! 


Can I still earn points if I purchase one of your products from another retailer?

Unfortunately, no. Coop Rewards is exclusive to those shopping on our website.


Where can I view my Coop Rewards status and points balance?

Log in to your Coop account to see how many points you’ve collected — and redeem them!


Are there any restrictions to this program?

Do my points ever expire?

Points expire after one year of being earned. Once you earn them, be sure to use them within 12 months!


How do I join Coop Rewards?

Start by creating an account (it’s fast and free!). After that, you can earn points by shopping on our website, referring your friends, and more. 


When will my points be available to use?

Some points are available immediately (like the points you receive for joining) while others (like posting a review or tagging us on social media) take up to 30 days to post. To learn what’s what, just check out our terms and conditions here


How do you calculate the amount of points I’m earning on my order?

As a Coop Rewards member, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend — excluding tax and any applied discounts. 


Can I earn points for past purchases?

Sorry, but Coop Rewards points only accumulate once you’ve officially become a member. So if you’re not yet signed up, make sure to do so. And if you are, always log in before shopping to earn your points! 


How do I refer a friend?

Visit the Coop Rewards page to share Coop with your friends via email. If you prefer, you can also copy a dedicated link and send it to friends yourself!

Here’s how the process works:

  • Give a friend 20% off their first order. (new customers only!)
  • Once they complete a purchase over $50, you’ll get 200 points.
  • Please note this can take up to 30 days for processing.


What happens if I refer a friend and they return part of their order or their entire order?

Our pillows are so comfy and adjustable that most people want to keep them. However, if your friend’s total is less than $50 after a return, unfortunately you won’t receive points.

 

Is there a minimum order value needed to redeem Coop Rewards points?

Yes. To use your points towards a discount, your order must be $100+ before taxes and shipping.


Are discount codes and rewards points stackable?

Rewards points redemption codes cannot be combined with other rewards codes. Only one rewards points redemption code can be used per order. However, rewards points codes can be used alongside select sitewide sales and promotions, unless otherwise specified.

 

What happens if I place an order using points and I return part or my entire order?

If you redeem your rewards points to buy an item and then return it, those points will unfortunately not be added back to your Coop Rewards balance.

 

Can I use points for e-Gift Card orders?

Sorry, but Coop Rewards points can only be used towards the products available on our Coop Rewards page. E-Gift Cards are excluded.

 

Can I earn points by referring a friend during a sitewide sale?

Yes! On rare occasions, such as our Black Friday Sale, the sitewide discount may surpass the usual refer-a-friend 20% off offer. Throughout the sitewide sale, when you refer a friend, they'll enjoy our most generous discount available, and you'll still earn 150 points, provided they make a purchase using your unique referral link. 

 

How can I get a birthday reward?

 

Add your birthday under "Pocketing Points Is Simple" on our rewards page. On your birthday we will add 100 points to your account. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. We're so excited to celebrate with you!

 

What are the VIP Tiers in the Loyalty Program? 

 

Our VIP Tiers are special levels within our loyalty program designed to reward you for being part of the Coop community. As you shop with us, you’ll move through four tiers: Dreamer, Rested, Well-Rested, and Sleep Supreme, unlocking even more perks along the way. 

 

How do I qualify for a VIP Tier? 

You’ll qualify for a VIP Tier by reaching the annual spend threshold for each level. The more you shop with Coop throughout the calendar year, the closer you’ll get to unlocking higher tiers and even better rewards. 

 

What happens when I move up or down a VIP Tier? 

 

When you move up to a higher VIP Tier, you’ll receive a welcome reward and unlock new perks. If your annual spend doesn’t quite reach the threshold to maintain your current tier, your status may adjust at the end of the calendar year. While a new entry reward isn’t issued at that time, you’ll continue to enjoy the benefits available at your updated tier. 

 

How long do I keep my VIP Tier status?

 

VIP Tier status is evaluated on a calendar-year basis, beginning January 1 and ending December 31. Your progress is calculated based on your spending during that timeframe. If the annual threshold isn’t met, your tier may adjust at the end of the eligibility period. 

 

Can I see my progress toward the next VIP Tier? 

 

Yes! You can view your current tier status and track your progress right in your account dashboard. While the exact qualification deadline may not always be displayed, your dashboard will show how close you are to the next tier. 

 

Can I be in more than one VIP Tier at a time?

 

No, you can only be in one VIP Tier at a time. You’ll always be placed in the highest tier you qualify for based on your spending.  

 

What happens if I use or lose points, can I be downgraded?

 

VIP Tiers are based on points earned, not your current points balance. That means using points won’t impact your tier status. Your tier is determined by your annual spend. 

 

What is the free gift for the Sleep Supreme and Well-Rested Tiers? 

 

Coming soon, Well-Rested members will receive a complimentary Coop t-shirt, and Sleep Supreme members receive a Coop sweatshirt, a cozy and exclusive thank-you for reaching our highest tiers. 

 

Is the next order discount available on every order or just when I reach that tier? 

 

The next order discount is a one-time reward, issued when you reach that specific tier - it’s our way of celebrating your milestone. You must use the discount within 6 months of it being issued, as it will expire after that period.

 

How do I find my next order discount code?

 

Login to your account, go to the Rewards page, click “Rewards History” then look for the line item that says “$XX Off Next Order -  Loyalty Tier” and your unique code will be visible in the status column. 

 

How do double points work?

I am in the Well-Rested/Sleep Supreme tier. How do I redeem my free shipping perk?

 

Sleep Supreme and Well-Rested members receive free standard shipping (2–7 days) on all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and overseas military addresses). 

To redeem this benefit, simply log in to your account before checking out and your free shipping rate will be automatically applied at checkout.
