Eden Pillow Outer Case: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.

Inner Pillow: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open/spill memory foam during the wash. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Tumble dry low until the inner pillow is completely dry before use.

Cool Side Pillowcase: Machine wash separately in cold gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. To dry: Tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean.

Love it!

This is a very comfortable pillow and most of all I did not wake up with my head sweating. My hair was just as good as when I went to bed. I also love that I can adjust the thickness of the pillow. Its perfect!

Pillow case is great

This pillow case is a game changer. I don’t tend to sleep hot but the original pillow case did make me feel overly warm but this one is a game changer. The really cool side is perfect when you are feeling hot, it’s crazy how cool to the touch it feels, and the other side is great if it’s cold out and you are trying to get warm - it doesn’t overheat but it doesn’t make you feel cold laying your head on it. Really nice quality
