I bought this mattress protector for my son who still occasionally wets the bed. So far this has not been effective for that purpose. We typically will double sheet/mattess protector the bed so in the middle of the night we can just take off the top layer and put him back to sleep. However he has been growing threw the sheet and this mattress protector down to the next sheet and mattress protector. It seems to work fine for sweat or other light moisture but not for bed wetting. We are so disappointed.

So glad I gave this a try

I have an elderly dog who has been having accidents and it's been hard (and heartbreaking) to keep her off the bed. I bought this mattress protector, hoping it would do the trick if she made it up on my bed and had a problem. I'd gone through several other mattress protectors that might have worked, but I never found out because they were plastic-y and loud and awful for me to sleep on. This mattress pad from Coop has been a dream. I've had it for several months now. Tonight, though, it was put to the test. My dog got up on my bed and had an accident. I was immediately dismayed because I knew, I just knew it would be on my mattress. I pulled off the bedding and the Coop mattress cover and - there was no mess on my mattress. Not a drop. I almost cried I was so happy. This pad works. It's the first pad I bought that is both lovely for me and that works. In fact, it's so easy to sleep on that I'd almost forgotten I'd changed it up. Until I needed it and it came through with flying colors. I never write reviews but I am so happy with this purchase I just had to leave this one.

Mattress protector fits perfectly on my mattress, and is comfortable to sleep on.

Good but still have night sweats

Good protector. I still sweat on it but less than another protector I previously had off amazon
