The Coop pillow was recommended by my physical therapist after I was thrown from a treadmill and injured my C5, 6, & 7 vertebrae causing severe nerve pain. The pillow has been a life saver! This pillow is the BEST I've ever tried. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and the cut-out as well as the ability to adjust the amount of fill make this pillow stand out from others and keep me super comfortable at night. I always thought the cutout thing was unnecessary- being a side sleeper, I love the shape. my shoulders feel so much less tension. The fluff of the stuffing is just right, you don’t sink too much but it also doesn't feel firm. BEST PILLOW EVER!
