This pillow is the BEST I've ever tried. I always thought the cutout thing was unnecessary- being a side sleeper, I love the shape. my shoulders feel so much less tension. The fluff of the stuffing is just right, you don’t sink too much but it also doesn't feel firm. BEST PILLOW EVER!
