Do I need to buy a separate pillow case?
The outer cover of our bed pillows are machine washable and dryer friendly, so there is no need to purchase an additional pillow cover. However, if you are interested in personalizing your pillow, you can explore our selection of pillow covers and other pillow accessories.
What is the difference between shredded memory foam and cross-cut memory foam?
Shredded memory foam pillows are made of tiny, shredded pieces of memory foam filling. The pieces of shredded fill makes the shredded memory foam pillow more breathable than a traditional memory foam pillow made with a more dense fill because there is additional room for the air to circulate between the shredded pieces. At Coop Sleep Goods, we cross-cut our foam vs. shredded because it is even better for consistency, non-clumping, and circulation.
Is cross-cut microfiber good for back and neck pain?

If you start to feel your bed pillow going flat, we recommend putting it in the dryer for 10 mins in order to fluff up the 100% virgin memory foam fill.

Best pillow ever!
This pillow has changed my sleeping experience. I have gone from using multiple pillows to one — the coop original. I usually sleep on my side but I sometimes sleep on my back. The pillow is great either way. I bought it after ordering the toddler pillow for our 3 year old. He used to throw his old toddler pillow off the bed. He uses the coop pillow every night and loves it.

Literally the best pillow I’ve slept on in my entire life. I’ve always wanted those boutique hotel pillows in my own bedroom and this blows those pillows out of the water! I’ve owned my pillow for almost a month now and I dream non-stop. Neck pain and shoulder pain is non existent(back sleeper over here.) I love that this pillow is adjustable! Just try it out, you won’t regret it at all.

Perhaps a little long in my review but just want people that are considering Coop pillows to understand where I've been in my searches. I have always slept on either feather or down pillows (think many decades). So as the aging process moved along (seems too quickly) I started finding myself having more restless nights, waking up frequently in the middle of the night, and worst of all getting up in the morning with a stiff neck. So the search began about 2-3 years ago. Still not wanting to give up on my longtime favorite pillow style, I tried several different brands of down pillows along with different kinds of density. Nope. Then I moved to down alternative pillows. Nope. Tried one pillow maker, Pluto that I actually had some success with, but then warm weather came and that was end of that because I'm a pretty hot sleeper. Back to down again. Short lived relief but then it was back to restless nights and a much stiffer neck to the point I was having to turn my whole body as I could not turn my head. Desperation at this point. That is when I ran across Coop. I was unfamiliar with Coop but then how many of us can roll off the names of sleep pillow manufacturers as if we were talking about car manufacturers? Lots of positive reviews, good information provided about construction, materials etc. as well as a generous trial period (still in that period BTW). Placed my order for the Original. Fast arrival and at first was shocked at getting a king size pillow in a box about the size of a large roll of trash bags. Skepticism at this point was very high. Following directions, into the dry it went for prescribed time period. Putting a pillowcase on I noticed the weight of the pillow, heavy. First night sleeping I was immediately surprised at the coolness of the pillow. Keep in mind the weather where I live has been hot, hot, hot. Not AZ or TX hot but 90's for several weeks. I have now been sleeping on my Coop pillow for three weeks. The results have been way more than I could have imagined. Granted the change did not happen overnight but each night has been better by some degree. Some nights a lot, some night the same as previous nights. In looking for the "perfect fit" I did remove, at the most, two medium handfuls of the stuffing. I'm now sleeping through the night. My head can now actually fully swivel on my neck from side to side so I no longer appear as some version of Frankenstein. Most importantly, I now really look forward to going to bed! What an amazing change and game changer for me. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a Coop pillow to give them a good try. I mean at a 100 day trial, what in the world do you have to loose? Many thanks Coop. You helped to put the AHHHH back into sleeping for me.
