Softest towels ever

I first discovered these towels at a nice hotel and wanted the "spa" experience at home. I get that luxurious dry off even at home now. Superb customer service.

Disappointed

The grey towels were not the same gray as shown online. They have a green tint. When I reached out to get support, I never got a reply. Overall, very disappointed in my purchase.

Luxurious and absorbent

I really love these towels. They are extremely soft and absorbent right from the start, and they look really nice in the bathroom. I am very tempted to retire all of my towels and replace them with these!

Nice and soft

These towels are really soft and absorbent. I bought one for me and one for my wife. She loves them just as much as I do. She said her hair dries fast when wrapped in these. I would buy again when I need more towels.
