We have purchased pillows from Coop previously and loved the comfort and the ability to adjust them to your personal sleep preference. My son is a very hot sleeper. I was searching for options to keep him cool and comfortable at night. I came across the Cool + section and I was intrigued by the cooling blanket. It has a steep price but I figured I would give it a try since Coop offers a 100 night trial. We opted for the throw since he is only 10 years old and it can easily cover him on his twin bed. Usually about an hour into his sleep, my son will throw all the covers off his bed including the sheet. The first night he slept with it wrapped around his body and was cool and comfortable all night. He said he loved the way it felt. The next morning, I tried to find the blanket to give it a try for myself and noticed that he took it to the couch and was watching tv with it. He has carried it with him from room to room the past week and loves the way it feels. It is a smooth silky like fabric but with weight and won’t fall off the bed. It has just the right amount of weight to use at night as the only blanket on the bed. We have found that when he gets a little warm, he just flips it over and the other side is cool. My husband asked for one for our bed too. I told him the price and he said it is worth it to be able to sleep cool. So, I will be purchasing another larger blanket for my husband and I to help us keep cool during the California summer nights.
