Helped neck and shoulder

Chiropractor recommended these, I got the Cut Out for side sleeping, WYFY got the curved for Side and Back. I used both my filling and hers, and still need more stuffing. I also found, I flip, turn, rotate my pillow (always have), so, I probably didn't need the cut out. Pain in neck and shoulder have been given some relief over the last 2 weeks. I have shared with many folks the satisfaction I have for these pillows. Pillow case is nice and soft also. TYVM
