they seem quality made, however, I bought them too big for the pillow shams I sent them back with their own label and have not received a refund in a few weeks
United StatesGreat Pillows-Packaging Is Not!
Love all the Coop pillows, however, the throw pillows had extra reusable covers/bags, but I would never use again, especially since they were so extra packed in I’d never get them back in. I understand the tight packing helps the shipping process, but I really had to work hard to get them out. Plus, I use Terracycle boxes to recycle packaging, so it cost me even more (financially) to put them in the boxes. They just seem very unnecessary, so hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and omit the extra bag and just keep the other tightly wrapped plastic (which is also not great, but again understandable for the product and packaging choices available for that product).

I am very happy with my coop accent pillows. This is my second purchase from Coop over the last two years. Note that I returned as a customer so that should speak of the quality of the product. I also want to share that I had to interact with customer service due to a shipping issue on my end and they promptly worked with me to get things worked out. It was very easy to work with their customer service team.
