Open cap counterclockwise and set the valve to inflate (takes less than 30 seconds). Push the Pump Bump repeatedly until desired support. Close cap to prevent air leakage.

Rest up and pack up
Turn cap clockwise to easily deflate and compress the pillow into the included pouch, and throw it in your bag.
Take care
Deflate the pillow before removing the cover. Made from a soft cooling fabric, the cover can be removed and machine-washed between trips. The inner core is spot clean only.
