returns

the goods were shipped promptly but I need to exchange for a different size. I have been trying for over 3 weeks with NO luck. I cannot contact anyone by phone or the internet. I am forced to purchase the same items again in a different size so I will have them for Christmas

Nicely made but not as expected

The construction and quality of this robe is nice but I don’t love the material. I was hoping it was like the comphy cool spa products without the cooling mechanism but it feels more like a thick cotton sheet and lacks any silkiness to it. I feel like it runs quite large as well. Had I not used rewards I would’ve returned but hopefully my husband might use.

Order never arrived

I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this order. Charged for it on June 27, shipments updates through June 30th. And nothing since. FedEx said Coop needed to resolve bad label, I could get no response from Coop. I don’t think I’ll ever see this order. Beware buyers!
