When my initial order got lost in the mail, Coop immediately sent out a new item which I received in 3 days (and that’s unheard of in Hawaii) and I can’t thank them enough. I have had my Coop pillow for about 10 years and the outter cover was getting a little thin so a new one was in order and the new one is actually better than the original. It’s more substantial and contains the innards more firmly. I’ve had several nights of great sleep and you can’t ask for more than that! Mahalo Coop!!

This pillow honestly feels really cooling, I was surprised for how thick and fluffy it is! I live in a hot climate so I’m always looking for ways to stay as cool as possible as a hot sleeper and this is a great addition!

The protector has a “braided” like edging all the way around. Not comfortable to feel. The fact that it’s waterproof is nice. There’s a smallish zipper opening halfway down the long end of the pillow. You have to fold the pillow in half to get both ends into the protector. Clumsy and annoying. Just put a zipper at one end or run one all the way down one side. Unfortunately Coop doesn’t sell pillow cases, which is what I was really hoping for
